The Slate House is a timber-frame conversion of an office building into a dwelling.
An office building converted to a dwelling on a timber frame. The roof was laid in salvaged Delabole slate with wall hanging, copper gutters and window posts with intricate lead detailing to the Fabco windows. The house also features solar panels and battery storage, Velux conservation windows and bespoke Lonsdale valley rooflights.
