Overview
Our flat roofs carry insurance-backed guarantees of 10 to 20 years and a design life of more than 30 years. We are a Polyroof approved contractor installing BBA-certified liquid and GRP fibreglass systems for new build and refurbishment. Unlike traditional felt, a Polyroof system cures into a single seamless waterproof layer with no joints or seams to fail, which is where most flat roofs leak. Each system is cold-applied, so there is no flame risk during installation. We survey the existing deck before specifying, as the right system depends on the substrate, the falls and the foot traffic the roof will take.
